Quotes and invoices that look the part
Add your company details, bank details and logo once. They are printed on every quote and invoice PDF. View, save or send from your phone, or share a link that stops working after one, seven or thirty days. Each invoice shows what has been received and the balance due.
Suppliers and purchasing
Keep suppliers, delivery notes and supplier bills together, and record what you have paid. The dashboard shows overdue supplier bills.
Machinery and plant
Record machine and plant hours, each with its own hourly cost. On Pro and Business.
Money, in plain language
Bank and cash accounts with balances. Record money in from clients and money out to suppliers against the right invoices. On Pro and Business.
One team, the right access
Invite people by email with a link or a code. Owners and office staff manage the books. Field staff log their hours and see what they need for their work.
Choose Trades or Professional services when you sign up. Trades speaks of jobs, sites, machinery and delivery notes. Professional services speaks of projects and expenses.
You can delete your account from inside the app, after downloading a copy of your data.
Agent Connect
Your AI assistant, now on site.
Connect your company's own AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude or Grok) to your jobs, tasks and notes, with scoped access and a full activity log.
Scoped access
You choose what each bot can read or change, and set an expiry. The company owner creates each token in Settings, and it is shown once.
One company, one token
Each token belongs to a single company and works only on that company's data.
A full activity log
Every bot request is logged with the bot, the action, the record and the outcome, and the owner can review it in the app. The owner can revoke a token at any time.
MCP and REST
Bots connect to a hosted MCP server or the REST API, with an OpenAPI description. Assistant connectors are available where the assistant supports them.
Your data, your bots, your rules: scoped access and a full activity log.
Bots can't reach billing, plans, members and roles, exports, company settings, bank, ledger, invoices or payments.
Bots are your company's responsibility. Data you let a bot read is sent to that AI provider under its own terms, not ours. Actions are metered by plan. ChatGPT, Claude and Grok are trademarks of their owners; no affiliation.

Prices are per company per year. Prices are in euro and shown without VAT. No VAT is charged at present. If VAT becomes applicable, it will be added to later payments, and we'll tell you first.
Trial. Start with a 14-day trial with everything unlocked. No card needed. If you don't pay by the end of the trial, your company becomes read-only; you can still view and export your data.
Renewal. You pay for one year at a time through Stripe. Plans don't renew automatically; to keep your plan, pay for the next year before it ends. If you don't, your company becomes read-only after a 14-day grace period; you can still view and export all your data and nothing is deleted. Fees already paid aren't refundable except where the law requires. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe in euro. Plans are chosen and paid for in the web app, not in the iPhone app.

Graftr helps you prepare quotes, invoices and related records. You are responsible for checking that they are correct. Graftr isn't a record-keeping service, so keep your own business records.
