Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email and tap Send code. If an account exists for that email, we send a 6-digit code and a link. Tap the link on your iPhone, or choose I already have a code and enter it, then pick a new password of at least 8 characters. Codes expire after 30 minutes, and requesting a new code cancels the old one. Changing your password signs you out everywhere.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Tovyra first shows what will be deleted and what will stay, and offers Download my data so you can keep a copy. You confirm with your password and by typing DELETE.
- If you're the only member of a company, your account and company are deactivated straight away.
- If you're the only owner and others are still members, make someone else an owner, or remove the other members, first.
- Otherwise you leave the company, and records you created stay with it as "Deleted user".
Can I undo a deletion?
Yes, for 30 days. Sign in again with the same email and password within 30 days and everything is restored. After 30 days the company and all of its Tovyra data are permanently deleted, and we can't recover them. Export anything you need to keep, such as invoices and payment records, before you delete.
How do I change or pay for a plan?
Plans are chosen, paid for and managed by the company's owner in the Tovyra web app. They aren't sold in the iPhone app, which shows plan status only. If a plan isn't renewed, the company keeps working for 14 days and then becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted because a plan ended.
Who can add bots or AI agents?
Only a company owner, in Settings → Bots. Before the company's first bot token, the owner is asked to accept the Agent Connect terms (Terms section 6A). Bots never reach billing, plans, members, bank, ledger, invoices or payments. Your plan sets how many bots and actions you get each month, and the current usage is shown in Bots. An owner can revoke any token at any time.
Who sees costs and pay rates?
Only owners and office staff. Field staff log their hours and see what they need for their work.
