This Privacy Policy explains how Orpyxis Technologies ("Orpyxis", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use Trade Bot and related services at https://trade.orpyxis.com.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

5. Sharing
We share data only as needed with payment processors (e.g. Stripe), infrastructure providers (hosting, email), professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Data is primarily processed in the EU. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
7. Retention
- Account profile: life of account + up to 7 years for legal/tax needs
- Service and payment records: up to 10 years where financial rules require
- Operational logs: shorter windows unless needed for security or disputes
- Support tickets: as needed to resolve then archive
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact [email protected]. 9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords where applicable, session management, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date will change, and material changes may be notified in-product or by email.
